Creating change, one conversation at a time.
I am a Clinical Psychologist endorsed by the Psychology Board of Australia, committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care within a warm, respectful and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
About
-
I work with adolescents and adults across a broad range of presentations, with particular interests in eating disorders, body image and weight concerns, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, family and relationship dynamics, and navigating significant life transitions.
-
My therapeutic approach is flexible and individually tailored to each person's needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and psychodynamic principles.

My Philosophy
Shaped by hundreds of hours spent listening to regular people and their stories.
Listening to people from all walks of life and hearing their stories has shaped my understanding of what therapy can be. I have come to believe that meaningful therapy is rarely about finding the perfect insight or applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, it is built through understanding that develops between two people over many ordinary conversations.
My aim is to create a therapeutic space that is thoughtful, collaborative and, above all, non-judgemental. My hope is that clients feel able to reflect openly and explore their experiences with curiosity and honesty. Together, we can make sense of difficult emotions, challenge long-held patterns, and gently confront the hard truths that are often necessary for meaningful change.
Whether someone engages in therapy for a brief period or over many years, I believe honest conversation can help people relate differently to themselves, to others, and to the challenges they face. It is this gradual process of self-discovery, growth and lasting change that I feel privileged to witness.
